This series of illustrations was for a board book I made for my daughter in 2020. Each showcases complimentary color pairs by showing arthropods on contrasting plants. Each image is matched with a primary descriptive rhyming text, plus supplementary informational paragraphs on both the colors and the insects. Watercolor on Arches paper, 12 x 16 in.
